Production to order

The whole production process takes place under one roof, therefore we can offer comprehensive services and production to order. We can provide material cutting, machining, welding, painting, assembly. We shall deliver your products including electrical and hydraulic parts. We have full control of the production process, so we can guarantee quality, speed and flexibility.

What production to order includes

• Project preparation and delivery of drawings.
• Complete production. From material cutting to machining, bending, welding, painting to final assembly.
• Transport to your desired destination, including required documents (e.g. custom clearance).

Which materials we use

For production to order, high-quality materials by verified suppliers are used. Typically these include S235, S355, stainless steel, HARDOX, CREUSABRO, aluminium and other metals. We also work with eco-plastics.

Machinery pool

We use modern technology for production to order. Our machinery pool includes tools for sheet metal cutting, state-of-the-art welding machines, press brakes, eccentric presses, lathes, milling machines, horizontal boring machines, drill presses, tapper and other tools. We also have our own paint shop.

Products to order

Our clients most often order mobile compaction containers, stationary press units or baling presses. For all products, we shall provide full production in standardised as well as atypical dimensions.
